Garri is a creamy granular flour made from cassava. It is commonly had as a snack by soaking it in cold water and mixed with sugar and groundnuts. It can be made into eba which is like a thick dough when mixed with hot water and kneaded with a wooden spoon. This is served as part of meal with various soups like okro or egusi.
